Chef Pierce Bowers of Dorsia Pasta is popping up with his Parmesan Pasta Wheel at Cork and Cap to make you fresh "Cacio é Pepe" —a tantalizing tangle of fresh pasta, parmesan cheese and pepper—to enjoy w/ delicious wine pairings we selected from the famed Montenidoli estate in Tuscany!

About the Event
The cost is $30 per person for Chef Pierce of Dorsia Pasta to cook off your plate of fresh pasta and finish it in a traditional Parmesan wheel “Cacio e Pepe” style! Your ticket includes either your first beverage OR 25% off your first bottle from the wine pairings menu! We'll have an Italian beer selection and will be featuring the unique, iconic and absolutely delicious wines from Italian producer, Elisabetta Fagiuoli of Montenidoli, to pair with your pasta.
