Vino Vinyasa

Wine-down and immerse yourself in an outdoor flow yoga + wine meditation class in the garden at Cork and Cap! We've partnered with yoga instructor Denise Eisele for a fun, vinyasa style yoga class outdoors, with a natural wine selection from Cork & Cap for a wine tasting meditation. Enjoy a mindful state of tuning out everything else and tuning into your body in each pose, and then taste the grapes in your glass, fully savoring the wine at the end of practice!

Yoga and Wine for Good: 10% of sales on "Vino Vinyasa" class days will go toward a local charity. Proceeds from the day of Oct. 21st will aid The Cumbee Center to Assist Abused Persons. The Cumbee Center provides temporary shelter, counseling and assistance to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition, the organization tries to reduce the incidence of domestic violence and sexual assault through counseling of offenders and education of the general public.
